Sell Your Vehicle with Ease – We Handle It All!

If you have a car or automotive memorabilia you'd like to sell, let us take the hassle out of the process. We manage everything from selecting the right auction platform—whether it's Bring-A-Trailer, Cars & Bids, or another reputable site—to professional photography and video creation. We also handle the listing fees, respond to inquiries, manage comments, and oversee every step of the process until the buyer receives the car and you're paid.

Additionally, we partner with a trusted transport company to ensure smooth delivery to the buyer, so you don’t have to lift a finger!

How It Works:

  1. Start by sending us photos of your vehicle via email at arcticautowerks@gmail.com or schedule an appointment to drop off your car at our Santa Rosa location to get started.

  2. We'll professionally detail your vehicle to ensure it looks its best.

  3. Next, we'll have your vehicle professionally photographed to make it stand out to potential buyers.

  4. We will submit your car and wait for review by the auction specialist, and once accepted, we'll create a professional listing and schedule it for a 7-day auction.

  5. No upfront fees—we only charge a commission-based fee ranging from 5-7%, depending on the vehicle, with a minimum charge of $1,400.

    (Note) We charge a flat $200 fee for professional photography (paid directly to our photographer) and a detailing fee, as every car requires a unique level of cleaning to maximize its auction value. These fees can be paid at the end of the sale. If the car doesn’t sell these are your only fees to pay.
